Unit 7. Lab 1. New Building – Safety Plan
Safety on the job site is of the
upmost priority. Having a solid plan in
place PRIOR to beginning work can help ensure everyone will be safe and the job
will be completed successfully.
This will be due on 5/16/14
Consider the RFP you wrote for installing new systems, please write a 1-2 page discussion describing the
following:
- Safety Plan, including safety rules for workers, necessary safety equipment, and standard procedures you would implement.
- Specify the top 10 regulations/specifications that you feel are most important (and justify why you feel that way)
- An emergency plan, in case something goes wrong
Again,
I'm not looking for completeness, but just the ability to show that you have
a solid understanding of the safety concepts presented and (more importantly)
the reasons behind them.
Deliverables
Submit a 1-2 page Word document;
double-spaced; Times New Roman 12 pt font. Cite all sources used.
